Meet the Founder — Paul Turner

Paul Turner is a commissioning expert and founder of the Industrial Commissioning Association (ICxA), with over two decades of experience on major capital projects worldwide. He’s worked with utilities, EPCs, and project owners to develop and lead commissioning programs from FEED through handover.

What started as a frustration — watching good projects fall apart at the finish line — turned into a mission: raise the standard of commissioning, train the next generation of leaders, and help teams deliver successful outcomes from the very start.
